At AuraBeauty, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains how returns are handled and what you can expect.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To maintain strict hygiene and product safety standards, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • All hygiene seals, protective films, and product labels must remain intact.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, tampering, or wear are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

Non-eligible returns include:

  • Opened or tested beauty/skincare items

  • Used tools/accessories that contact the skin

  • Items without their original packaging

  • Products damaged by improper handling after delivery


2. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
After this period, returns cannot be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or opened cosmetics

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Gift cards or store credit

  • Personalized or custom-made orders


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48–72 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • Photos of the outer shipping box and packaging

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the item

  • Store credit

  • A refund to your original payment method (where applicable)

AuraBeauty will cover return shipping only if the error is on our side.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning non-defective items.

  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns, as AuraBeauty cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


6. Refund Process

After your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of the return.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds may be issued as:

    • Store credit, or

    • Refund to your original payment method (according to store policy)

Refund processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only for defective or incorrect items.
For hygiene reasons, used or opened items cannot be exchanged.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under standard conditions.
