1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 business days for in-stock items

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Domestic Shipping (Within Country): 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days depending on customs clearance and carrier delays

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight of items

  • Selected shipping method

Some locations may qualify for free shipping promotions.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your package in real time through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, please contact our support team.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

AuraBeauty is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

AuraBeauty is not liable for:

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Packaging photos

We will assist you with a replacement or claim.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international deliveries:

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations

  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices

  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs

Delays caused by customs are outside our control.


8. Delivery Attempts

In some regions, the courier may require a signature upon delivery.
If no one is available to receive the package:

  • The courier may make additional delivery attempts

  • Or hold the package at a local pick-up center

Unclaimed packages returned to AuraBeauty may incur reshipping fees.
